Alexis Caudle of the Baltimore Orioles had an enormous week at the plate and today was voted the Player of the Week by the American League.

The 23-year-old left fielder put up some very healthy numbers:

Monday, August 9th, 2032: Valido Tags Generals Pitching for 5 Hits
It was a good day all around. Baltimore whipped Orlando 12-1 and Jacky Valido displayed a hot bat, enjoying an outstanding 5-hit day at Camden Yards.

"Some days, lady luck is on your side," he modestly told SION reporters after the game. His manager told the beat writers otherwise, "His hitting wasn't luck today. It's his solid approach to hitting. Jacky is focused, patient and he hits to all fields. The more solid at-bats you put together, the more success you're going to have, and vice versa."

The 31-year-old left fielder for the Orioles collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats to get his name in the record book.

J. Valido hit a solo-shot off S. Schafer in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and singled in the 8th.

So far in 2032 Valido is batting .316 with 9 home runs, 44 RBIs and 43 runs scored. He has 102 hits in 323 at-bats, 18 walks and a .359 OBP.
